Hi Friends!! Happy Wednesday! Holy cow May is flying by. We were so busy over the weekend, that I didn’t have time to do a recap on Monday. So today, I’m sharing a recap of our weekend. We started off Saturday with our last soccer game. Addison really wanted to be goalie, so Joey was giving her a pep talk. She played great and even stopped some balls from going in the goal. Happy Happy Monday! We are extra happy because after today, we only have 2 more Mondays left in the school year. It’s crazy! **Healthy Lunch Choices** {5.1.2024}
Today, I’m sharing a couple, very easy, and healthy lunch ideas. At this point of the year, we are always needing quick and easy, so these were great. I bought these Quest Nacho Cheese Protein Chips. I put some shredded Costco Rotiserrie Chicken on top and then drizzled some Queso. You could also add some more veggies. I just didn’t. I did add some salsa. And voila, so easy, filling, and delicious! Another easy lunch idea were these mini pizzas. I used Carb Balance Mission fajita size tortillas.
